Return and Refund Policy
If there is a problem with your SnappyXO kit, please first email us at [email protected] describing your problem with the order number.
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
- Please contact us at [email protected] to initiate a return. Please include your order number and product name in the email. In addition, please describe the problem with your order, if any.
- We will advise you on the next step by email.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items must be in original product packaging.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
- If there is nothing wrong with the product; however, you still wish to return it, there will be a 15% restocking fee and the buyer is responsible for the return shipping.
A humble request:
We are a very small start up and offer highly competitive pricing to our customers because we believe in making robotics and STEM education fun and affordable for all students. Frivolous returns and refunds hurt us economically and psychologically too. Did you know that banks do not return transaction fee even if you return an order? In any event, we will work with you to make sure that you are satisfied and happy.
